In certain attachments I see chars like '=5F' instead of '_'
this is a derivate of '%5F', which cold be decoded with urldecode() as '_'
Right?
Now which function I can use to interprete chars like this ('=5F')? ??
Looks like quoted-printable. quoted_printable_decode() is a likely contender for that.
