passing variables

I know this is the most commonly asked question! I can pass a variable (selection from my list box) to the next page. However on page three the variable value is no longer known.

I tried get and post on page

e.g.
Page 1 pick a region
northeast
southeast
nortwest
The user picks northeast

Page 2
Pick an indicator
a
b
c
The user picks a

Page3
Pick a variable based on the chosen region and indicator
Now the page knows what the indicator is but not what the region is.

You can use a hidden input. I think the region and indicator are diferent pages right? In the indicator page add a input type="hidden" value="<?php echo $_POST["region"] ?>" name="region", so when you submit the indicator page the region value is still existent.
