how to install mail sending func on windows

,hi, i have my virtual apache server on my windows platform, and now i try to send some mail, but script writes to me that "failed to ...."

on my linux real server i have installed some mail servers , and all works, but how to be with wirtual server on windows .

You can download a lot of mail servers from http://tucows.com or http://webattack.com ... easy to install and use.
But why WINDOWS?!
