How do I do to get different colors on the rows when I use [man]mysql_fetch_array[/man] to display for example all the downloads in the database. I want the first row to have a white background, then a grey, white, grey, white and so on...

Please help me!

try something like this:

$count=0;

while($row=mysql_fetch_array($result))
       {

    if($count % 2==0)
      {

       echo("<td background=\"white\"> $row[0]");

       }

     else
       {

         echo("<td background=\"grey\"> $row[0]");

        }

$count++;
       }

of course you'll need to modify this a bit but it should get you on your way

	if($color == 0)
	{
		$bg = 'red';
		$color = 1;
	}
	elseif($color == 1)
	{
		$bg = 'orange';
		$color = 0;
	}
