MySQL to SQL 2000

Hi All

Ive been doing all my web development with MySQL and PHP, and now my company has decided that they want to move to SQL 2000.

Does anybody know how I can export all my data and columns through to SQL 2000?

You have a few choices.

1) Make an ODBC connection to mysql and use it with SQL Server's Import Wizard

2) Export to CSV files and load them

3) Connect to both databases and use INSERT statements

Probably the best way is to use the Import Wizard; after all, that's what it's for. 🆒

Ive tried to use the DTS packages that ship with SQL, but I keep getting errors, could this be because some of my columns is storing the data in a BLOB format and not in a text?

Sorted Mate...maybe next time when the error comes up I should read it carefully.

For those of you who dont know out there, the next time you do the whole import export thingy...................

check the data of you ID, it change my in to a string rather than a integer.....strange
