how to repeat side until for move down and repeat

ok i have a table with title image and other stuff load from my db
i want to repeat this table for all my result but at this time i just have table under table under table...

i want to repeat side to side until 4 a go under

Use two levels of tables...

you are only missing brackets so the line
if( ! $counter % 4 ) {

sould become

if( ! ( $counter % 4 ) ) {

since the ! operator has priority over the % operator
