Rating Script

Greetings.

I am looking for a rating script that will display links on a page and they can be rated.

Maybe a feature I can upload my flash movies and have a link automatically added to the page for view and rating.

I would like to integrate my site into such a script. Any ideas if something like this exists? I can probably try to do it myself but if someone has something like this already then that would save me a lot of time. See the pic for an example.
