Convert gif to swf with PHP?!!

Hi guys,

I need some urget help - I'm trying to convert a gif to a swf on the fly with php. I've been told that you can do this using PEAR. But I haven't got a clue....

I've been searching on the web for about 30 mins no with no real success...

Any ideas??

ps. I've seen scripts that convert jpeg to swf before - if it's a static gif-file, you could always convert gif > jpg & use some script to convert jpg > swf (which I know are around). but I'm wildguessing you'll want to convert animated gifs..😉

Can Ming write a swf to disk instead of just creating the swf on the fly and outputting??
