the project:
Buyer inputs what type of item they are after & enters email address.
A seller adds new item to website (database).
An email is then automatically sent to any buyers who wants more details on matching item.
Take info that buyer inputs and place it in database.
When seller inputs new item, query database for matching items.
Send mail to all buyers that want that item.
