Hi all, I've done some searching but I can't find a good answer to this. We're using PHP3 (no opportunity to upgrade, not our server) and I've never used it before. Email seems to be a little flakey -- sometimes it goes through and sometimes it doesn't. I'm trapping all the errors I can think of and it's not choking on anything... it's just not getting delivered.

I can't even get an upgraded version of 3.x so that's out too. Where would be a good place to search for bugs in this version?
