php running in windows 98 and 2000

please excuse me if this is a stupid question.

i created a php file to read a write from a text on windows 200 server (OS) it was working fine...i copied the files and when i run the same on the windows 98 it just doesn't work.

i dunno y..if any suggestion please lemme know advance thanks

Umm, you're going to have to supply more details. What happens when you run it on the win98 machine? What webserver are both machines running? This might sound like a stupid question, but does the win98 machine actually have a webserver running, with PHP capabilities?
