I'm trying to figure out what a couple of things...
What is the "!" Do or used for
What is the "||" Do or used for

! means NOT, so !catid = NOT catid
|| is the same as OR
Can ya turn into a Sentance ?
IF (CATID NOT THE SAME AS CATID ="")
the sentence would read something like this:
if ( !$catid || $catid == "") if ( $catid does not exist or $catid is equal to nothing)
