Hey everyone, I recently purchased www.gamersloss.com. I have like 1000000000000 ideas running thro my head of what to do with it. LOL, I cant decided. Maybe you guys can help?

I would like it to not require much work from me b/c its going to be on of those "sit there" sites that will hopefully run itself. Ill just thro a few banner ads up and let a few bucks come in so I can pay for another year when the time comes.

anyway, what should I do with it?

What i mean to say is how can we tell U what to build... Isn't that something u have to like and want to build..

Well with the name gamersloss, i would make some sort of game website, prolly bout quality loss of games, or attitude of gamers... just looking at the name...

I'm pretty sure u alrdy have some idea's else u wouldn't bought the name 🙂, anywayz dun put to many banners on it.. i'm a banner avoider, exept when it's a banner from the website creator (name banner of the website that sort of shit). I use google, because it has not anoying banners on it for example 🙂

yeah, I did have some plans, but my "partner" kind of backed out on me. He was my key updater for everything. It isnt that i wanna be like LAZY or anything, i just got alot of other things goin' on like college, work, family, friends, girlfriend and I have 0 time really to work on it. The only reason I want money is for it to pay for itself really. Maybe make a couple of extra bucks for me to spend. I thinking I may just do hosting........... and an online store...... i dunno

hmm i just checked the url 😛 didn't do befor thought it was an empty domein... guess not 🙂.. em.. what about now.. is it an dead site or is it alrdy running? Did u just bought the domein.. or do u own server and stuff to? Because well i don't know about finance stuff, but current contents look fine to me..(heck i'm a fanatic cs clan player 😛)

We'll, ive had it since about October. The content has changed from time to time. I got the most visitors however with the first design. So im considering going back to it, but ill probably keep alot of these same options.

I think the problem is that you are

"Trying to make money from a site"
rather than
"Trying to make a site and getting money"

You should make a site that you truly enjoy, unless of course you are starting some kind of bussiness on it, in which case you can't really afford to "leave it alone", so I'm gonna take it you are making some kind of "fan based" page, much like this one.

So um...yeah, I lost my train of thougt 😉, but the point is,
"If you build it they will come" just make sure you enjoy building it.

well my advise is im into the adult sites and the whole area and if you want to get into that then do...but ive just become a partner of a UK company that allow revenue to be collected in amounts as little as £1.50 or $1 if thats the US equivilant. This is done through reverse sms billing basically people can pay for content as they want it, they use there mobile phone to receive a pin which will cost the amount I stated above and will allow them to then download content...view movies...or exchange details ie date sites the list of uses are endless. It also supports the usual payments of CC's and Paypal etc. We belive it will be the savior of the internet as up until now there hasnt been a reliable way of collecting micropayments and therefore extending revenue streams.
