The whole aspect of a dynamic site is that the content/page is made on certain instances/input from your users/scripts so that the same page could in fact display different everytime depending on, for example user preference's.. Dynamic pages are not static pages stored in a database because even if they were it still wouldnt be dynamic would it ?
So in short dynamic pages are just pages created by your script(s) based on certain conditions made by user input or data made produced by a script.
