How to run PHP from shell in Windows?

I know in Linux is /usr/sbin/php -q, but I've never used PHP under windows before...
I'm using XP and phpTriad.

Just normally how you execute other programs in a windows shell:

c:\path\php.exe -q

Ofcourse I dont know where in your harddisk the php is, so change the path where your php is.
