I have downloaded PHP from php.net

Its the 5meg file with the Installer for Windows.

But I don't know how to use it???

Help me.
I have installed the installer. Then extracted the 5meg file into the php directory. But I dunno. Its all messed up.

so Experts Help me

I have also downloaded the Latest version of mysql, how do I run that?

FURTHER, MY SYSTEM IS A SIMPLE WINDOWS 98 WITH PWS. ME GOT NO WIN 2000 WITH IIS OR APACHE.
