Urgent .. !!

Dear all;
ihave installed the php4 on IIS and it shows Well ..
but when iam trying to browse the web site ..
iam getting this message:

Warning: Failed opening 'C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\travel\countries\index.php' for inclusion (include_path='.;c:\php4\pear') in Unknown on line 0

Please helpme, i have set up the PHP many times, and this is the first time i get such message .. !!

and the same ver. of php i install on another machine, working properly .. !!?

any solutions ..

uncomment include_path directive in your php.ini

hmm, i think thats right ...
the way u r directing me, and thank you very much ..
but when i did it the same message appears .. !!

do i need to restart the webserver .. ?
or how many lines i have to uncomment .. ?

You have only to uncomment the line
;include_path = ...
(or all the lines which starts with "include_path = ..)

Then restart the IIS.

Dear,
i really apreciate that u r trying to help me alot ..
but i would like to ask you some thing ..

the matter that some times when i click on a URKL wich directed to a select page, it works, the same URL working for 2 times and after that iam getting this Damn WARNING! ..

really its killing me and my time, i think the only solution to format th systems ..
iam so close to CRY 🙂

io wish if you can Grap me out from this trouble .. .
