photo album

I have been trying to create a personal photo album on my site, my host offers PHP Version 4.0.6 and gd 1.6.2 or higher with JPG and PNG Support and i've downloaded several free working scripts but when i configure them on my site, it just dosen't work.

Errors
1. "Warning: imagecreatefromjpeg: 'foto.jpg' is not a valid JPEG file in path/resize.php on line 72";
2. "Supplied argument is not a valid Image resource in path/resize.php on line 74"
3. "Supplied argument is not a valid Image resource in path/resize.php on line 75";

but the image is there, it is a JPG and I even change the permission of the directory to 777.

I've tried installing other scritps too, the error not a valid JPEG always pops up.

Try using an absolute path to the file instead of a relative one.

thanks, I wonder why though.

now need a multiple upload, thumbnails and write filenames to DB 🙂
