I am thinking about build a work order system.
The clients can log in and fill out the work order. Then the company tech support staff can view the work order and post the hours required. and the total fee etc.
Then the client accept the order.
The order will go through. And the status of the work order will be posted such as pending, in progress, finished on 1/1/2002 etc.
Please advise me any free scripts? links? any resources? and also any your experience you think it migh be helpful.
