MIME alternative mail received as empty sometimes

Hi, i made MIME class and it works fine but sometimes (about 30-50 from 30000) people receive empty emails. Same people but didn't find any pattern in email client. It's mostly Outlook and Outlook Express. But with same version one person can receive it ok and another blank...

Any ideas?
