Secure pages fail to reload

oh my....
I've a series of forms on a secure site that submit to themselves for validation, inserting into mySql and then loading the next page.
Most of the time though the submitted pages are 'unavailable' - even though they are merely reloading. If I back up and re-type the form data and submit again, they work ok! Is it a script error? This never happens on other 'unsecure' pages on my server. I'm really stuck on this!

this seems really weird to me.. Can we see some code.. And a error message.. I probably could help..

Well - it's a LOT of code going on and several pages do it - so unless you really want it....

The process is....

1) Fill in form
2) Submit form (to itself)
3) Validate the form data
4) If it's OK - jump to next page...
or display an error message

But when I click submit - I (usually) get the message 'page unavailable' - unless I click back and re-do it again - then it never fails.

Oh - it's only PC's that report this problem - Netscape on my Mac has no issue with this.

And another thing - I've duplicated one of the pages and now submit from the original to a duplicate and it doesn't give me the 'unavailable' problem.... Maybe I need to strip out my validation scripts to separate pages... but I'm not sure how to get PHP to bounce all the form data back to the original form if there is a validation error....
