Putting data into Web page

I got a url that generates some Text output How do I get this into a variable to put that into my webpage.

My url is HOST.COM
The Dynamic text I get from ABC.COM and it returns dynamic text formatted the following way.

290,290,289,436000,1271850,292,285,16:42:02

This is the only text returned. This is not HTML but Plain text.

Maybe I don't understand it so clearly. This is what I did to test the link.

$var = file('http://feeds.mcgbfa.com/j2e/servlet/McgPricesAGI');

echo $var;

?>

The only thing this returns is

array
