A script to display files only with links??

Hi, I have a website where files will be added and deleted to directories on a frequent basis. I need a script that lists these files on an webpage and updates iti everytime you refresh. I would also like these files to be hyperlinked to that actual file. (In most cases these will be word docs saved as web pages.)

Any clues?
