Permission error

I'm getting the following error every time I try to use the mkdir() command. I know its not a code error, so what's wrong?

Warning: MkDir failed (Permission denied) in d:\html\users\rwwrcom\html\test02.php on line 5

I'm hosted on Readyhosting, not my own personal server in case that makes a difference.

Perhaps you don't have permission to create directories on Readyhosting. I would speak with one of their administrators for help on this one.
