Error Messages?

Everytime I do anything I dont have any error messages, people
keep asking whats the error message... no matter what there
are no error messages! is there a setting in the php.ini file?
please help!😕

Sounds to me you need to use this on top of your page

error(0);
i think thats it.. But dont count on it being right
