I tried installing it and it came up with errors about MySQL connections, it DOES use MySQL. Anyone got a link to free PHP or CGI forum software that does NOT use MySQL?

If you were getting errors when trying to install it with MySQL then that is the reason.

It is a strictly flat file database that holds the messages.

It is completely changeable in that the headder and footer files can be modified.
