i was wondering if it was possible to smooth the edges of images created using the GD library. for those familiar with raster image editing, im talking about anti aliasing. for those who arent, anti-aliasing is basically blurring each pixel with its surrounding pixel to eliminate the "stair-step" effect caused by non-horizontal/non-vertical lines. attached is an example of a pie graph that was done completley in PHP (through GD, of course). note the crude edges etc. thx for any assistance.
