Ok I know this is a basic question. But what I want to do is add code right underneath the <BODY> tag, any ideas how?

I'm so f*cking stupid I just figured out how to do it duh....
I guess I confused some people. Here's what I'm trying to do, I'm opening a file, and wanting to add text right under the body tag (like automaticly). I'm not quiet that much of a n00b.
