ef2k - change the value of what? 'next autoindex'? isn't that an apache thing? if so, check your httpd.conf file... if I'm wrong, please explain further ;-)
it's listed in my phpMyAdmin table summary 🙂
and, say, i delete the latest post, labeled "id=6" the order would go 4,5,7
and i would like to make it so the next post is labeled 6, not 7 🙂
ok, so phpMyAdmin works with MySQL ...this is def a mySQL question; PHP has nothing to do with resetting the autoindex (auto_increment) value... try searching the MySQL documentation? (it's fantastic) or, barring that, ask in the db section of phpbuilder.
