the changing of pages depends of course of how u enter the data in first place, most simple tutorials describe how u can enter data, and then change it.(this shouldn't be to hard if u do some searching, on the web for php/mysql tutorials)

there are news post systems for php/mysl(search on hotscript)
u have to ask urself u u make a template wich will let u reload everytime u click a link, and then php will show the right content(, or that u work with frames and let only 1 frame reload.( prefer this since u don't need to reload everything)
members.php
also explained in standard php/mysql tutorials(not hard to do even if u don't know much about php like me 🙂 )
join.php
would recommand an email form, there are nice php email forms scripts who can easely make this page fixed for u (hotscript)
schedule.php
haven't made 1 myself yet, but i know there are scripts for this 1 to.(hotscript... YES AGAIN 😉 😛)

Like u where saying u have litle experience in php, well so have i, and u can come a pretty far way with scripts others made ( and it will help u learn a bit of things)
U can come a long way with a few tutorials and premade scripts. For the parts u do have problems with u can always ask in here.
