PHP Contact Man Sys & Outlook Express

OExpress is a very good mail client IMO, but I also hav a very good customised contact managment system for companies and their project. How easy would it be to integrate them to the extent that you could "add sender" to a client in my PHP based CMS rather than the .WAB OE address book?

you can export the db fom MS Outlook to a csv file and import that into a mysql db...then the whole thing is php / mysql and no messy COM components..

Yes, I have thought of this, but it requires regular exports to keep address book up[to date. Seemless integration is what i'm after and don't think i'm gonna get it easily.
