Cannot redeclare error.....

Hi,

Im confused here because when I first open a page - it loads up fine.... when I use a link which is $PHP_SELF, i get an error like the following...

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare function_name() (previously declared in ...... on line ......)

Why does this happens and how can I eliminate it?

unless the function is declared in the page itself, most likely you are include()ing the file containing the function declaration one too many times. try searching for the offending include() call, or even better, change all include() calls to [man]include_once()[/man].
