I'm pretty sure I can do the entering into the DB of the location part, but I'm totally clueless about how to go about using the php to auto rename the files to something unique. I'm going to be using a form to upload *.jpg's.
Anyone have any ideas?
PHP will give you the tempory file name used for the upload in the $_FILES array.
Copy that file to another one, or read in it and then write it out to another file name.
