Uploading files to the Server

Hallo readers,

I have finished writing php scripts and Database using MYSQL.
Now, I want to upload to the server, say, www.solomon-worku.com.

I have no problem of uploading script files. But I need information how to upload my database, named, MyDatabase, to the specified server.
