PHP variables and frames

This is might be more of a frames question rather than PHP, and if it is, sorry...

If you have a form on one frame, how do you pass the variables to the main frame?

Frames are just pages on one page..

So if you do everything the same on each page as you would without frames.. It should work.. Actually im positive it will work...
