making a preview page

I am trying to have someone fill out a form, then display what they input, then allow them to either go back and edit or submit the information.

How do you do that? ;o)

Let's say these are my fields:
event
date
location

If you have the time can you help me figure this out?

Is there a class project involving this or something - this is about the third time I've seen this question asked on this forum in the last day or so.

This is not a class project for me.

Did any of the other threads have the answer? If so, would you mind pointing me in that direction? I have not seen those threads.
