hi can anyone tell me were i start i got as far as clicking my start menu then clicking programs then clicking phpdev then clicking phpdev98_me .i am using win98 second edition.apache is running.i never created anything before as you can tell.dont have a clue really to what to do.i wanted to use the ibf forum at least,but i dont know how to get it online.i have web hosting.need to put the ibf forum in it and i dont know how.any advice on anything would be great as i know nothing about this yet.
