Well Im not exactly sure on show mail or anything.. But it can be possible to connect maybe. You must ask the Hotmail team for some assitance maybe. Otherwise use there Button they have on the Sign in Page.
do you know which cookies are used? can you not just change the domain and have php write the file exactly as it is into the appropiate folder?
