Changing Form Menu and MySQL

Ok someone please help!!

What i`m trying to do is this.

I have 2 Form Dropdown Menus

1.Car
2.Make

Now what i'm trying to get it to do is, the first menu gets data from my database "allvehicles" in the table "forsale" in the field "car".

Then depending on what they choose in the first menu eg Ford the second Menu then connects to my database again but this time the field "make" and lists all the current ones.

Please Please could someone help me out!
