i am building application codes and it is work when i got it into website but in local its crappy 🙁
i am using win2000, php4.2.3 for my localhost and using linux debian+php4.2.3 on webhost.
setting on mylocal are (differences between local and web setting is only at directory value):
register_global=on
session.auto_start=off
session.cookie_path=c:\winnt
session.save_path=c:\winnt\temp
session.save_handler=files
session.use_cookies=on
when i look at c:\winnt\temp directory (session.save_path) the session file always adding a new one each time i use session_start() on codes. it's like :
-sess_73ff1567731f5290d8be018bd31e2fe7
-sess_a219e8fd8bfd3d418b8f57e56d1d02f2
-sess_2c568dd4b1ad400fe2d2923406b96f2c
..... and keep adding
it seems php not keep it's current session.
i wonder if this just platform issue or something i missed on confguration.
anybody got any idea ? thx anyway
