GD: different text size in images Linux/Windows.

I am using GD 1.6.2.

If running under Linux-PHP, the texts in graphs are much bigger than those if running under Windows-PHP. The PHP script for creating graphs and ttf font files are, of course, the same.

Has anybody ideas, why this?
