I am able to install cms's like mambo, etc, but when I try to access the admin pages, I am unable to. Upon pressing the "enter" button, the login page does nothing.
Try adding the site to "Trusted Site" if you are using Internet Explorer (menu->tools->internet options). Or set your cookies to "Low Security", sign in, then reset them to "Medium High" or whatever you had them set to before.
