"ImageMagic"

I recently downloaded PHPPhotoAlbum from the code section here, and it says I need MySQL (I have that) and also ImageMagic. Is ImageMagic something my ISP must provide, or is it just some additional code I must obtain and upload? If so, where can I get it?

It is at http://www.imagemagick.org but ak your host, chances are that they alreday have it installed and they just need to tell you the path to it.
