Is there anyway to block ISP's from viewing my website via PHP?

Why do you want a whole ISP not to visit your site.. I think you want IP...

Theres many things you have to do.. Most think that getting an IP.. is all there is.. You should use cookies as well.. Because not everyone has dsl connection

Because my site is a Canadian e-commerce site and I want to block all countries away except Canadians

Well at evilwarius theres a script that checks the host name so like au australia

so just do if(ca){let them through)else{display a sorry not}

this is ez to do
make a .htaccess file
now theres 2 ways of doing it
1. by allowing only candian ips, i dont know what the starting number is but this is what it is for my country

allow from 203...
allow from 210...

or
2. only allow canadian domains, only problem with this is some isps in canada may have .com or .net
but this is how u would do it for my country

allow from co.nz
allow from net.nz
