Checking for JS

Is there a way to check for javascript in PHP or would I have to use another method?

What exactly do you mean..
Are you checking if you add a javascript script in the document. or from a form

I want to see if the user has javascript enabled, if they do I want to show one form otherwise I wanna show a javascript-disabled version of the form.

This is more of a client Side issue. I dont believe PHP can actually go into the clients browser to check.. Try javascript.. Im not sure who can help you to do this. Im not good at Javascript..
