PHP error parsing browscap.ini

hi

   i have installed browscap to detect my browser version and 


    so on , so every time php told me that it can't parsing 

     the browscap.ini  and the message erro

    " PHP: Error parsing c:\windows\browscap.ini on line 6300 "

   i have configured my php.ini  i think well

   i went to the directive browscap and put the path there 


     so help me please
