Sending emails with embedded images

I am using snippet 915 to send emails from a website to a user.
I want to send an HTML page as an embedded image which will preview. It works ok with a jpg image but not with an HTML page.

Am I doing something wrong? Will that code do what I want or has anyone any ideas of a simple mod that will facilitate it?

Howard,

If you use the mail() function you can send in HTML form by using the following headers:

$headers = "MIME-Version: 1.0\r\n";
$headers .= "Content-type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1\r\n";

Thanks but that doesnt work.

Let me explain further - I need to email out content that a web visitor selects from my site (jpegs, text etc) within an html page containing other details. The html must preview within the email application and possibly also be in an attachment.

I can get jpegs to preview and be in attachments but not HTML pages. What determines whether something will preview or not?
