I'm using squirrelmail and every time I send a email through that program to a hotmail user I get the mail returned. The returned email has the following error...
THIS IS A WARNING MESSAGE ONLY
YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESEND YOUR MESSAGE
The original message was received at Sun, 1 Dec 2002 22:51:18 -0600 from foo.com [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx]
----- The following addresses had transient non-fatal errors ----- <foo@hotmail.com>
----- Transcript of session follows ----- <foo@hotmail.com>... Deferred: mx3.hotmail.com.: No route to host
Warning: message still undelivered after 4 hours
Will keep trying until message is 5 days old
I also get this message if I try sending mail from a linux prompt using "mail -s 'test' foo@hotmail.com"
Does hotmail require special headers or what?
