Ok i'm really flustered.. I'm trying to learn about databases, and I have no idea where to start. I want to create an online game, I know PHP and I think I'm supposed to know something about MySQL but everything I look up assumes I know things about databases. Where do i get a database, where do i put it, how do i use it, what's it look like??? Can anyone give me a site to learn about this please!

Then I'd go to http://www.mysql.com

You can also try going to the source- www.mysql.com- very informative articles on databases, etc.
