What is wrong with my appach web server??!!

Dear all,

It is strange with my apache web server, which based on Linux.

I can always access web server within the LAN. Sometimes I can access from elsewhere on the Internet, sometimes I cannot access from the Internet.

When I cannot access from Internet, I cannot ping to the web server either.

Anyone can help me? Thanks very much!

Sounds open enough that it could be anything, I'd take it to a Linux list where hardware issues could also be discussed....

check the following:

DNS
network traffic
server logs
firewalls/ISP policies

and there is a "host" 🙂 of other potential pitfalls here...
